The designated person for Safeguarding at Roundwood School is Kirsty Eales.

The deputy designated person for Safeguarding at Roundwood School is Ellie Leslie.

The Governor responsible for safeguarding is Dylan Edwards.

If you have any concerns regarding the safety of a child or a family at the school, please speak to either Mrs Eales or Miss Leslie.

The school takes recruitment very seriously.  Part of the process is focused on Safer Recruitment and is always part of an interview and checking process.  The following members of the school have completed Safer Recruitment Training:  Kirsty Eales – Headteacher; Claire Groves – Governor.

All of our staff regularly update their safeguarding training.  For example, Prevent Training – annually and Keeping Children Safe In Education (KCSIE) 2019.
